This focus positions Airmaster™ Q1 as a ‘mid-range’ member of the Airmaster™ product family, ideally suited to positive displacement rotary screw, vane and piston compressor or vacuum applications. Using the powerful ARM CORTEX-M3 processor from NXP, product features are arranged to ensure a cost effective and feature rich PLC with options that enhance where required. This approach ensures that the incremental cost of lesser used or more exotic features is not levied across all controllers.

Use a separate air compressor pressure set point or in a narrow pressure range the pressure control system to reduce costs, and ensure the most efficient use of the compressor protection group (regardless of any manufacturer and model) for the most effective combination to suit the user requirements. Our compressor management system can control up to 12 air compressor (installed in one or more locations). Use EnergAir management controller's unique operating software can easily overcome the compressor installation location of the pressure difference caused by the imbalance problem.
Modular compressor control products can be connected to all types of compressors. Cable, data and wireless communication methods can be used to connect the compressor to the management controller to setup and control.
Expansion - air compressor & compressor monitoring systemCan be extended EnergAir scope of management control systems, including the general alarm monitoring equipment, oil temperature, bearing condition, dryers and filters, which can reflect the air quality within the piping system.
